Oxford Learning Halifax seeks a reliable, enthusiastic bilingual French Tutor for students of various ages and levels. You will use structured, pre-planned programs and provide individualized instruction in French and English. The position is based on Quinpool Road, with occasional Bedford shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach up to three students using structured programs
- Provide individualized French and English instruction
- Support reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension
- Complete post-lesson notes and track progress
- Build rapport within a positive learning environment
Requirements:
- French or Education bachelor’s degree completed or in progress
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask across student levels
- Availability for two to three weekly shifts
