Program CMM inspections with PC-DMIS and blades software in Milton, Ontario, supporting manufactured-part measurement and reporting. Overtime may be required.

This CMM Programmer reports to the Quality Assurance Manager, with a dotted line to the Quality Supervisor. The position develops and runs programs for parts, components, assemblies, fixtures, tooling, and other objects. It creates customer-required reports, troubleshoots existing programs, and supports calibration, certification, problem solving, and continuous improvement. PiWeb supports timely layouts and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop CMM programs using PC-DMIS and blades software
- Run programs to inspect manufactured parts
- Develop customer-required reports from CMM data




- Troubleshoot existing CMM programs and reports
- Store data, reports, and documents using defined conventions

Requirements:

- Seven-plus years programming CMMs with PC-DMIS preferred
- PCDMIS Blades and Metrologic software experience
- Analog scanning experience preferred
- Proficiency in GD&T;, measuring devices, CAD data, and 3D models
- Understanding of statistics, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, and APQP
