Support clean, secure Walmart facilities in Huntsville through maintenance cleaning, equipment inspection, and Food Safety compliance. This position starts at $18.40 per hour.
As a Maintenance Team Associate, you will participate in a structured cleaning program while controlling expenses. You will cooperate with the Stocking 3 Coach and associates across Fresh Departments. The work includes coolers, freezers, display fixtures, floors, carpets, and non-sales areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate comprehensive cleaning activities with the Stocking 3 Coach
- Follow Food Safety standards and cold chain guidelines
- Clean Fresh Department coolers, freezers, and display fixtures
- Inspect equipment and maintain sufficient cleaning supplies
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain carpets when required
Requirements:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Complete required in-store certification programs
- Follow Company policies and procedures consistently
- Work safely across shopping and working environments
- Support proper equipment and supply availability
