As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will help make LensCrafters a destination for vision needs. You will use optical prescriptions, measurements, and customer relationships to recommend vision solutions. The work includes point of sale systems, inventory presentation, and collaboration with Opticians, doctors, peers, management, and Target Host partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver sales plans and company objectives through customer relationships
- Recommend lenses and coatings using optical prescriptions
- Assist patients selecting frames and coordinating optical measurements




- Conduct measurements with appropriate optical tools
- Maintain clean, attractive, organized displays and inventory

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED
- At least one year of retail or customer service experience
- Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators
- Basic phone, math, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, adapt, and pursue sales goals
