Operate pharmaceutical packaging lines in Mississauga while setting up equipment and documenting production under GMP and SOP standards. Work fully onsite on 12-hour night shifts.

This contract-to-hire Line Operator / Set-Up Technician role combines machine changeovers with packaging production. You will handle mechanical adjustments, operate packaging equipment, and maintain accurate computer-based documentation. The work supports labeling, scanning, loading, unloading, and pharmaceutical medication packaging.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and dismantle large pharmaceutical packaging machines
- Complete machine changeovers using hand and power tools
- Troubleshoot mechanical and operational equipment issues
- Operate production lines under GMP and SOP standards




- Label, scan, load, and unload production materials

Requirements:

- Hands-on machine operating experience in production environments
- Experience with packaging machines or production lines
- Demonstrated packaging equipment changeover experience
- Proficiency with wrenches, allen keys, and power drills
- Ability to follow GMP and SOP standards consistently
