Serve guests at Fantasyland Hotel banquets using cocktail preparation and customer service skills. This part-time position requires flexible availability across event schedules.

The Banquet Bartender provides beverage service during events at Fantasyland Hotel. You will take orders, collect payments, prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and maintain bar supplies. The work also includes supporting offsite special events and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take beverage orders and collect customer payments
- Prepare cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Stock supplies and maintain an orderly bar
- Reconcile cash and floats during each shift
- Promote events, activities, and daily specials

Requirements:

- Previous bartending experience in a hotel or conference center
- Awareness of over-service legislation and service standards
- Completed ProServe training or willingness to attend
- Adaptable Monday through Sunday availability, including evenings
- Ability to pass basic security clearance
