As a Chocolate Sales Connoisseur, you will help produce sales and profits by achieving goals and serving customers excellently. You will identify customer needs, recommend quality chocolate products, and introduce current promotions, campaigns, and initiatives. This opportunity expands retail experience while selling award-winning chocolate products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers and identify what they are seeking
- Recommend products that meet individual customer needs
- Use upselling and cross-selling sales techniques confidently
- Introduce current products, promotions,
and seasonal campaigns
- Encourage customer participation in promotional initiatives
Requirements:
- Passion for providing excellent customer experiences
- Comfort approaching customers and starting conversations
- Enthusiasm for selling and recommending quality products
- Availability for weekdays between 8:00am and 6:30pm
- Previous retail experience is an asset
