As a Heavy Vehicle Parts Specialist, you will represent Traction as the face and voice of the store. Advise customers on vehicle parts and accessories, recommend relevant products, and support their purchasing needs. The position serves transport, construction, and farming sectors through UAP’s Heavy Vehicle Parts Division.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise customers on vehicle parts and accessories
- Handle customer inquiries in person and by phone
- Place orders and follow up with customers
- Provide relevant parts recommendations and product expertise
- Create and maintain customer relationships

Requirements:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Diploma in parts sales is an asset
- Heavy vehicle parts experience is an asset
- Ability to advise customers on parts and accessories
