As a Bicycle and Ski Technician, you assemble, maintain, and repair bicycles within MEC productivity, quality, and safety guidelines. You mentor frontline staff on repair processes and procedures. You also support inventory organization, product recommendations, documentation, and member service across the shop and sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assemble bicycles according to MEC standards
- Complete bicycle repairs and drivetrain adjustments
- Install bike parts and related accessories
- Mount bindings and complete ski repairs
- Perform final inspections and quality assurance

Requirements:

- At least one year as a bicycle mechanic
- Fluency in parts terminology and compatibility
- Demonstrated bicycle-building ability during hiring
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability according to MEC guidelines
