Under general supervision, the Production Technician ensures automated, high-speed equipment operates safely and correctly. The position combines equipment time studies, run-at-rate studies, tool changeover studies, process inspections, and machine adjustments. It also contributes to investigations and Corrective and Preventive Actions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate equipment within established process specifications
- Perform equipment time, run-at-rate, and changeover studies
- Set machine and equipment controls using manufacturer manuals
- Make adjustments and support minor troubleshooting




- Participate in investigations and Corrective and Preventive Actions

Requirements:

- Completion of a related technical college diploma
- At least one year in high-volume manufacturing
- Experience working in automated manufacturing facilities
- Willingness to work around heavy machinery and loud noises
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
