Maintain a safe, clean residence with AgeCare as a Housekeeper supporting residents, visitors, and staff in long-term care.

This Housekeeper performs daily environmental services throughout an AgeCare residence. The work includes cleaning resident and common areas, disinfecting fixtures, and maintaining sanitary conditions. You will follow safety rules, report hazards, and work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, dining rooms, lounges, and offices
- Mop, wax, polish floors, and operate floor machines
- Disinfect sinks, toilets, urinals, and telephones daily
- Collect garbage and maintain tidy utility rooms
- Report unsafe conditions and attend directed staff sessions

Requirements:

- Previous housekeeping experience is desirable, not mandatory
- Completion of secondary school and ability to read
- Valuable oral and written English communication skills
- Ability to follow oral instructions and provide feedback
- Ability to meet physical requirements and obtain required screening
