Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor dashboards, system logs, and security alerts
- Escalate potential threats and incidents when required
- Support identity lifecycle activities, password resets, and access requests
- Configure laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and software




- Support vulnerability remediation and security awareness initiatives

Requirements:

- Up to two years’ experience in a related technical setting
- College diploma in information technology or cybersecurity
- Foundational Active Directory, Entra ID, and networking knowledge
- Familiarity with Microsoft security technologies and remote support tools
- English and French fluency with strong troubleshooting skills

Develop practical security expertise while supporting Microsoft technologies, identity access, vulnerability remediation, and users across Ottawa’s membership organization.
