This Construction Technologist role requires construction or project management experience and supports project planning, estimating, and field coordination. You will prepare quantities, costs, schedules, procurement documents, and technical reports. The role may involve drafting, surveying, and electrical testing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed estimates, quantity takeoffs, schedules, and cost revisions
- Calculate material, component, labour, equipment, and overhead costs
- Compile bid submissions, tender documents, and contractor comparisons
- Review drawings, specifications,



reports, and project cost changes
- Coordinate field crews and internal and external project resources

Requirements:

- Technology diploma, construction-related degree, or related trades qualification
- Five years of construction or project management experience
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and personal vehicle
- Knowledge of Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical disciplines
- Knowledge of applicable discipline standards and codes
