You will demonstrate products, explain features and benefits, answer calls, and follow up with customers and suppliers. The work includes retail sales, rentals, merchandising, product knowledge, and problem solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell and rent musical instruments and gear
- Match customer needs with suitable products and services
- Demonstrate products and explain features and perks
- Follow up on product orders with customers and suppliers
- Maintain product knowledge, merchandise, and support store operations
Requirements:
- Play at least one musical instrument
- Work weekdays, weeknights, and weekends
- Recommend solutions confidently and assertively
- Lift and carry large boxes
- Retail or sales experience is an asset
