Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire e-commerce order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels, including tracking stock, conducting cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Process incoming orders, prepare them for shipment, and coordinate with logistics partners.
- Ensure all shipments are accurately packed, labeled, and dispatched according to established timelines.
- Maintain organized and efficient warehouse or storage operations (even if managing remotely through third parties).
- Monitor shipping performance and address any issues or delays proactively.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve any order-related inquiries or problems.
- Implement and refine fulfillment processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on best practices in e-commerce fulfillment and logistics.
- Utilize fulfillment software and systems to manage orders, inventory, and shipments effectively.
Requirements
