Zenetec’s six-level program develops repair and refinishing skills, blueprinting, welding, and structural repairs. Apprentices progress toward fully licensed Journeyman Technician status.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop hands-on collision repair and refinishing skills
- Learn blueprinting, welding, and structural repair techniques
- Complete regular evaluations with management and a Journeyman mentor
- Maintain clean and safe workspace standards




- Progress through the six-level development plan

Requirements:

- Enrollment in registered Auto Body Apprenticeship program or willingness to enroll
- 310B license pathway participation or willingness to pursue it
- Full G driver’s license with clean driving record
- Positive attitude, dependability, and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn shop procedures and repair techniques
