Coordinate London Christmas Kettle logistics, volunteers, and Salesforce scheduling with The Salvation Army during this temporary seasonal assignment. Local travel is required.

The Christmas Kettle Campaign Assistant Coordinator supports the Kettle Coordinator and Community Engagement Manager. You will organize assigned hub operations, recruit and guide volunteers, and address site inquiries. The position also supports London Community Services Christmas programming when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate assigned London kettle hub locations
- Onboard, train, schedule, and guide kettle volunteers
- Schedule shifts and manage emergency absences through Salesforce
- Complete shift reminders and available-shift email blasts




- Coordinate kettle delivery, pickup, supplies, and donation security

Requirements:

- Completed secondary school
- Valid Ontario Class G driver's license and personal vehicle
- Minimum one year of related experience is an asset
- Previous volunteer supervisory experience is an asset
- Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Suite products
