Provide resident care with AgeCare as a Personal Support Worker, applying care plans, bedside techniques, and infection prevention procedures.

The Personal Support Worker provides care according to resident care plans and helps identify resident needs. You will monitor care, document information, and support a protected, secure environment. The position also includes staff education, meetings, workshops, and directed onboarding support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide resident care according to established care plans
• Observe residents and report findings to the immediate supervisor
• Document resident care information as directed

Requirements:

• Graduate of a Personal Support Worker certificate or diploma program
• Meet Ministry of Training vocational standards
• Meet National Association of Career Colleges standards
• Meet Ontario Community Support Association standards
• Know bedside care, sanitation, cleaning, and geriatric resident needs
