As a Christmas Kettle Worker, you will remain at the kettle until relieved and work with minimal supervision. You will answer questions about Salvation Army ministries and programs while collecting donations and petty cash. This temporary position supports the campaign’s community mission and requires skilled conduct.

Key Responsibilities:

- Remain at the kettle for the full assigned shift
- Keep donations and petty cash secure at all times
- Respond to donor questions about Salvation Army programs
- Represent The Salvation Army positively while on duty
- Follow organizational policies, procedures, and applicable legislation

Requirements:

- Completed high school or equivalent education
- Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and adaptability
- Strong customer service skills with diverse people
- Reliable transportation to the kettle location
- Ability to lift 9 to 12 kilograms
