PNR RailWorks seeks a Mini Tie Gang Hi-Rail Excavator Operator reporting to the Track Supervisor and Track Foreman. You will operate excavators, support track construction, and perform maintenance activities across territories maintained by PNR RailWorks. The work emphasizes safety, quality, profitability, schedule, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate hi-rail excavators with ground crews during tie installation
- Support rail replacement, ditching, brushcutting, and track repairs
- Complete equipment checks, cleaning, fueling, and regular maintenance




- Identify hazards involving utilities, equipment, workers, and falling objects
- Record equipment usage, problems, and required repairs accurately

Requirements:

- Excavator operating experience
- Valid full Class G driver's licence
- Experience using hand, power, and hydraulic tools
- Ability to read construction specifications and operating manuals
- English written and spoken language skills

Use excavator operation, mechanical skills, and safety knowledge to help PNR RailWorks maintain and rebuild railway track.
