NCR Voyix seeks a Field Service Technician I to provide first-line customer response and service. You will install, maintain, repair, and overhaul electromechanical equipment. Formal virtual and hands-on classroom training supports learning while dedicated teachers, mentors, and coaches share service knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly
- Service electromechanical self-checkout systems within assigned territories
- Complete maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls




- Organize and triage customer issues effectively
- Communicate openly while finding appropriate customer solutions

Requirements:

- Local candidacy for the Grand Prairie geographic area
- Valid driver’s license meeting NCR fleet requirements
- Authorization to travel to the United States
- PC, basic electronic, hardware, and operating system skills
- Availability for prolonged travel and rotating weekend shifts
