As a Shift Leader with Canna Cabana, you will recruit, coach, and train talent while delivering knowledgeable customer experiences. You will oversee inventory, merchandising, audits, and SLGA requirements. Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and visual planning skills support daily operations. Smart Choices Cannabis certification is required or must be obtained quickly.
