What the day will look like

- Accurate data entry and attention todetail;
- Entering client and insurer information inan accurateandtimelymanner (ifrequired);
- Producing documents, endorsements,invoicesand letters (ifrequired);
- Filing, policy tracking/recording, and entry into 3rd party accountingsystems;
- Maintaining quality controls and checking work foraccuracy;

- Escalating, asrequired, complex/difficult processing issues to theappropriate teamleader;
- Other projects asdeemedrequired.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

- Competent keyboarding,computerand data entryskills;
- Proficiencyin Microsoft office products such as Word, PowerPoint,Exceland Outlookisrequired;
- Excellent interpersonalskills;
- Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a serviceteam;

- Comfortable working in a fast-pacedenvironment;
- Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure to meetdeadlines

Education

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in progress in Business, Finance, Economics, Risk Management,Insuranceor a relevant field
