As a Field Supervisor, you report to the District Manager and support security services across assigned locations. Your responsibilities include updating schedules, auditing guards, delivering uniforms, handling last-minute book-offs, and completing paperwork. You also respond to after-hours calls from CNCC and perform site stand downs when required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide current schedules to the Scheduling Manager
- Inspect sites and audit guard performance
- Deliver uniforms to assigned security sites
- Schedule last-minute book-offs and answer CNCC calls




- Complete paperwork and conduct required site stand downs

Requirements:

- At least one year of Security Supervisor experience
- Valid Security License and First Aid and CPR C
- Full G Driver's Licence and clean driver's abstract
- Robust verbal, written, telephone, and computer skills
- English communication, professional appearance, and steel toe shoes
