Apply machining skills at Martin Sprocket & Gear as a full-time, on-site Machinist focused on precision production and quality inspection. Work Monday through Friday on first shift, from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

This Machinist position supports production of mechanical power transmission components, material handling systems, and custom forgings. You will follow blueprints, process sheets, or supervisor instructions while setting up, operating, and monitoring machines. Basic machining knowledge, measuring tools, and secure material handling are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow blueprints, process sheets, and production instructions
- Set up, operate, and monitor machines
- Install fixtures for safe machine operations




- Inspect components using micrometers and calipers
- Keep machines and work areas clean

Requirements:

- Basic understanding of machining practices and materials
- Ability to read English instructions and complete reports
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and position heavy components
- Ability to stand throughout the entire shift
- Reliable attendance and adherence to company policies
