Architecture & Development:

- Design, configure, and code robust solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
- Follow "just enough, just in time" modeling and design patterns supported by our Centers of Excellence (COEs).
- Design with automated testing in mind; ensure unit, integration, and functional test coverage prior to production release.

Collaboration & Delivery:

- Partner with the Product Owner (PO), business analysts, and end users to analyze, scope, and refine requirements.
- Actively participate in Scrum/Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and Definition of Done).
- Participate in peer code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical evaluations.

Integrations & Operations:

- Build and maintain scalable integrations across enterprise platforms using APIs and event-driven patterns.
- Leverage CI/CD pipelines for deployment, version control, and release automation.
- Provide post-deployment production support, system monitoring, issue triaging, and performance tuning.
- Maintain technical documentation to ensure long-term solution sustainability.

Requirements

1. Professional Experience & Education

Education:College Diploma (DEC), Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).

Experience:3 to 5 yearsof hands‑on Salesforce development and administration experience.

Industry Experience:Background in Financial Services, Dealer Services, or Insuranceis strongly preferred.

2. Technical Core Competencies (Mandatory)

- Deep experience configuring and customizing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)and Experience Cloud.
- Thorough understanding of the Salesforce data model, standard/custom objects, sharing architecture, and relationship modeling.
- Robust hands‑on coding experience in Apex(Triggers, Batch Apex, Asynchronous Apex,



REST/SOAP services).

Front-End Development:

- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce front‑end frameworks (Lightning Web Components / Aura).

Software Engineering Best Practices:

- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)and SOLID design principles.
- Working knowledge of application security protocols and authentication mechanisms (e.g., OAuth 2.0, OpenID).
- Experience with relational databases and query languages (e.g., SOQL, SOSL, SQL / SQL Server).

Tools & DevOps:

- Version control using Git.
- Development IDE: Visual Studio Code(with Salesforce Extensions / SFDX).
- Familiarity with Agile tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps).

Proven experience with Enterprise Application Integration (EAI)patterns and standards.

Experience building and consuming RESTful and SOAP APIs.

Familiarity with Event-Driven Architecture (EDA)and asynchronous messaging patterns.

4. Assets & Nice-to-Haves

- Hands‑on experience with Data 360and Agentforce / Einstein AI.
- Experience with middleware/iPaaS platforms, particularly MuleSoft.
- Experience with event-streaming platforms such as Apache Kafka.
- Exposure to Microsoft Azurecloud computing, containerization (Docker), or virtualization tools.
- Active Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional).

5. Soft Skills & Communication

- Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent verbal and written technical communication skills in English.
- Cooperative mindset with a proven ability to work productively within cross‑functional Agile teams.
