The Airport Applications Specialist position is based onsite in Toronto, Ontario. It requires five to eight years of experience and airport operational applications support. You will manage incidents, problems, changes, and escalations while coordinating with airport stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L2/L3 support for airport applications and integrations
- Manage incidents, service requests, RCA, and problem management
- Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, infrastructure, network, and security teams
- Support IOCC, CAD, CDF, SCADA, RMS,



and FIDS systems
- Execute failovers, disaster recovery exercises, upgrades, and patching

Requirements:

- Five to eight years of relevant experience
- Mandatory airport domain experience
- Airport operational applications support experience
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management
- ServiceNow and L2/L3 application support experience
