Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates from proposals, specifications, drawings, and related documents
Identify material, labour, and time requirements
Produce layouts using Taper-plus and AutoCAD
Present quotations with numerical and descriptive information

Requirements:
Construction, civil, or architectural technician or technologist education
Two to five years of project estimating experience
Two to five years of roofing industry experience
Self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask
Valid driver’s license and vehicle
