This regular full time Manager, Clinical Operations reports to assigned Directors within Fraser Health. You will lead a busy medical unit, oversee clinical operations and program services, and directly supervise Level 4 or 5 Nurses. The position requires health sciences knowledge, project planning, and robust communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage operating and capital budgets, expenses, and action plans
Lead staff engagement, innovation, development, and secure quality care
Recruit, mentor, supervise, and provide performance feedback
Review workplace indicators and establish department objectives




Coordinate clinical services, shared resources, and operational initiatives

Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in health sciences or related field
Seven years’ recent related experience, including two leadership years
Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
Knowledge of clinical practice, program planning, and evaluation
Budget planning, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
