Keep Skipjack Resort & Marina facilities operational through hands-on repairs, cleaning, and maintenance records. This position requires flexible hours and reasonable commuting distance.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform specialized tasks across resort facilities. Your work includes plumbing, electrical, AC, door, lock, tile, drywall, cement, painting, carpentry, power washing, and general cleaning. You will document completed tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform light AC, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Complete carpentry, painting, tile, cement, and drywall work
- Repair doors and locks throughout resort facilities
- Power wash and complete general cleaning duties
- Keep records, logs, and requested reports current

Requirements:

- One to three years of hotel maintenance experience
- Ability to lift 50 or more pounds
- Adaptable work hours, including weekends and late nights
- Residence within reasonable commuting distance
- Strong responsibility, dedication, communication, and teamwork
