The Corporate HSE Lead develops policies, programs, and compliance frameworks for corporate and project teams. This senior role addresses Saskatchewan OHS Regulations, SPC protocols, CSA standards, utility-sector expectations, and client requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain corporate HSE governance frameworks
Ensure compliance with Saskatchewan OHS and CSA standards
Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis
Oversee training, orientations, and competency verification
Support site HSE Advisors across projects
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in a related discipline
15+ years of progressive HSE experience
Understanding of Saskatchewan OHS, SPC, and CSA standards
Experience with EPCM or CMAR delivery frameworks
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and HSE systems
