Reporting to the FP&A; Director, this senior analyst processes and analyzes financial data for performance management. The position supports budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and operational decision-making. It requires critical thinking, attention to detail, communication, and a willingness to learn the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Support annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and variance analysis
Prepare management reports, KPIs, and strategic commentary
Partner with operations on financial insights and decisions
Present concise financial insights to senior leadership
Improve processes and coach Financial Analysts

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Three to five years in operations finance or accounting
CPA certification or near completion
Advanced Excel and robust communication skills
Enterprise reporting experience; Workday knowledge preferred
