Lead daily gym operations at JD Gyms in Chatham, using member service and safety expertise across a versatile club schedule. Support a welcoming experience for every member visit. As Duty Manager, you will support the day-to-day operation of this JD Gyms club. You will help maintain operational standards, support colleagues, and contribute to membership and commercial objectives. The position requires experience in leisure, fitness, hospitality, or customer-focused environments, plus Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification. Key Responsibilities:
Run daily club operations, including opening and closing duties Complete safety checks and pursue reported building defects Maintain JD Gyms brand, cleanliness, and uniform standards Deliver positive, professional member interactions Support membership, revenue, and commercial objectives Requirements:
