Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. - Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits to potential clients
- Manage merchandising displays and ensure product availability on the sales floor
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and receipts
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain organized sales areas, restock merchandise,



and ensure cleanliness of the retail space
- Utilize effective phone etiquette when communicating with customers or suppliers
- Manage time efficiently to meet daily sales goals and organizational deadlines Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, technical sales, or related fields with a focus on customer service
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain product features clearly
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities (e.g., English and Spanish) are preferred to serve diverse customers
- Familiarity with merchandising principles, POS systems, and basic math for cash handling and transactions
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets
- Experience with product demos and upselling techniques to enhance customer engagement
