Reporting to the Culinary Manager, the Dining Room Supervisor leads dining room activities at Cogir Senior Living. You will support consistent service delivery, supervise staff, and uphold corporate standards. This position serves residents, families, and staff through daily dining operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct dining room activities and service delivery
- Monitor workflow, shift routines, and service quality
- Recruit, orient, schedule, and authorize staff absences
- Coach, redirect, and evaluate dining room staff
- Resolve personnel concerns and refer unresolved problems

Requirements:

- Recognized Food and Beverage or Hospitality course graduate
- Three years’ hotel or fine dining restaurant experience
- Secure Serve Ontario or equivalent completion
- Ability to manage staff and resources
- English communication and Vulnerable Sector Check
