Keep retail inventory accurate while supporting HOKA customers on the sales floor. Use organization, communication, and product knowledge throughout store operations.

Stock Associates receive and manage merchandise, prepare transfers, and maintain secure, orderly stock areas. You partner with the Stock Lead to merchandise products and help customers find appropriate items. The work requires effective communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and cooperation with customers, team members, management, and corporate stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive, store, pick, count, and distribute products
- Control damaged merchandise and mis-mate inventory
- Follow stock processes, policies, and security measures




- Display products according to Visual Merchandising standards
- Answer customer questions and provide current product knowledge

Requirements:

- High school diploma
- Preferred retail store management experience of one to two years
- Excellent team-building and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate Deckers Brands vision and mission
- Flexibility, Microsoft Office proficiency, and valid driver’s license
