Deliver exceptional resident service while protecting a residential property through access control, patrols, and emergency response in Toronto.

As a Security Concierge Supervisor with FirstService Residential, you will provide information, answer inquiries, and support clients, residents, contractors, and visitors. Your responsibilities include enforcing site rules, safety procedures, municipal, Ontario, and Canadian laws, while assisting police and medical staff when required. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide protection for clients, residents, and building property
- Ensure safety and access control procedures remain effective
- Observe floors, stairways, doors, and building deficiencies




- Respond to emergencies and fire alarms
- Assist police and medical staff when required

Requirements:

- Valid Ontario Security License required
- Calm, quick response under pressure
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, outgoing, and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to communicate by phone and in person
