As a Retail Associate, you serve as a brand ambassador across Columbia Sportswear Company stores. You answer customer questions, explain merchandise features and perks, and recommend suitable options. You also support visual merchandising, inventory flow, checkout accuracy, and Store Leadership while contributing to memorable customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to questions about product features, benefits, and availability
- Understand consumer needs and recommend suitable merchandise options
- Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Complete sales, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions accurately
- Receive, replenish, and process incoming and outgoing products
Requirements:
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Have two or fewer years of relevant experience
- Operate inventory, point-of-sale, and retail software systems
- Communicate clearly with others
- Work a flexible, seasonally changing retail schedule
