Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Production Team member. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality baked goods and exceptional service. Must be available to start at 4am for open bake ( 5 shifts a week as required, Monday - Sunday)

Responsibilities:
Prepare various food items according to established recipes and standards.
Cook and bake a variety of products, ensuring quality and consistency.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their orders and inquiries.
Handle food safely, adhering to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling practices.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Qualifications




Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
Robust skills in cake decorating, baking, and cooking techniques.
Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
Experience in food preparation and kitchen operations is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $17.30-$18.00 per hour
