Shape performance reliability for Ontario Health digital solutions in an in-office model, applying JMeter, LoadRunner, and monitoring expertise. As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will lead testing for complex, large-scale, multi-platform environments. The position emphasizes performance strategy, planning, scripting, data development, benchmarking, capacity management, troubleshooting, and exit reporting. You will also conduct functional, integration, regression, API, and automated testing.

Key Responsibilities
Develop performance strategies, scripts, test data, benchmarks, and exit reports
Execute performance, functional, integration, interface, and regression testing
Monitor testing outcomes and identify defects, enhancements, and remediation
Support incident triage, troubleshooting, releases,



and scheduled on-call coverage
Collaborate with technical and product stakeholders on solution requirements

Requirements:
Five to seven years of information technology experience
Solid performance testing experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, or HP Performance Center
Experience across DevOps, SOA, legacy, cloud, and integrated environments
Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, web services, and scripting
Understanding of privacy legislation and Ontario Health policies Bring performance engineering, application troubleshooting, and quality planning skills to Ontario Health’s complex digital health workplace.
