About Sherwood Ford
Sherwood Ford is the largest Ford dealership in Western Canada. Our service department is growing and we are adding an evening shift. We need a Service Advisor who can run the front counter on their own and make every customer feel like a regular.

$50,000 to $90,000 per year, [base plus commission / salary]

What You’ll Do
Greet customers, write up repair orders, and handle vehicle drop-offs and pickups
Work directly with our night technicians to keep jobs moving and on time
Call customers with clear updates, recommendations, and estimates
Sell needed maintenance and repairs honestly, based on technician findings
Keep repair orders accurate and complete so the day team starts clean
Close out the evening independently and solve problems without waiting for a manager

What You Bring




Service advisor, automotive, or customer-facing sales experience (dealership experience is an asset)
Sharp attention to detail. Your repair orders are right the first time
Comfortable working independently and making decisions on your own
A excellent attitude and real personality. Customers remember you and come back for you
Basic computer skills (Reynolds & Reynolds experience is an asset)
Valid driver’s license
