We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Office Assistant to join our healthcare team. Duties

Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries via multi-line phone systems.
Maintain electronic medical records (EMR) with accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with insurance verification and processing patient information.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.

Qualifications




Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred.
Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems and office software.
Robust organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with patients and staff effectively.
