Our privately owned client is a leader in their industry, who is looking to hire a Financial Analyst. This individual will join a team of 5 others and report directly into the Finance Manager, with a focus on analyzing, reviewing, and preparing financial statements. You will play a key role in ensuring information is properly recorded and management reports are accurate. Work Arrangement: Fully on-site in Cambridge, ON

Responsibilities:
Prepare the monthly, quarterly and yearly statements, and packages for the executive team and assist with presentations
Complete financial and variance analysis
Develop financial modelling to assist with forecasting, scenarios and analysis
Work on note disclosure and financial reports




Process complex entries and invoices, and prepare tax filings
Continuously work on improving processes, procedures and report
Assist with ad-hoc projects, and supporting and training the team and recent hires

Qualifications:
A current CPA or close to completion
3+ years experience from public accounting or 3+ years in an industry role focused on complex analysis
Must have advanced Excel skills (SQL, pivot tables)
Strong communication skills
Comfortable working fully in office
