Lead accounting operations at ServiceMaster of the Fraser Valley with QuickBooks expertise, financial reporting, and internal controls across a growing restoration company. The Financial Controller oversees accounting and financial operations while providing leadership to the accounting team. You will prepare reporting packages, manage cash flow, strengthen controls, and support executive leadership, department managers, and Project Managers. The work includes operational oversight, compliance, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Direct company accounting and financial operations
Prepare monthly Profit and Loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports
Monitor daily cash flow and rolling forecasts
Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting team members




Administer QuickBooks and improve financial system integrations

Requirements:
Minimum five years progressive accounting experience
One to two years supervisory or management experience
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
Advanced QuickBooks proficiency required
Robust accounting, reporting, budgeting, and controls knowledge Bring financial leadership, QuickBooks capability, and operational discipline to ServiceMaster of the Fraser Valley’s accounting function.
