About the Role
As a Door-to-Door Canvasser, you'll go into residential neighborhoods to generate leads for our holiday lighting installation services. You'll gather customer information and enter it into a company-provided tablet. No experience is necessary — we provide full, hands-on training.
Hours are adaptable (10–40 hrs/week, you set your own schedule), and this position can lead to advancement into an Estimator or Sales Rep role.
What You'll Do
Canvass residential neighborhoods door-to-door
Build rapport quickly and communicate our services clearly
Collect and input lead information via tablet
Represent our company with professionalism and energy

Valid driver's license
Reliable vehicle

Able to commute to/work in Victoria, BC
Available 10–40 hours/week
Compensation & Perks
Pay: $20–$45/hr (choice of Base Hourly + Commission, or Pure Commission)
Paid training provided
Raise after 1 year on the team
Clear path to advancement (Estimator/Sales Rep roles)
