Maintain instrumentation systems with Cenovus in Rainbow Lake on a full time 14-days-on, 14-days-off days and nights rotation. Apply troubleshooting and calibration expertise. Reporting to the Maintenance Senior Coordinator, this hands-on technician performs instrumentation maintenance in oil and gas or petrochemical facilities. The work includes corrective, predictive, and preventative maintenance, equipment records, control systems, and operational integrity. Safety, environmental, regulatory, and company requirements guide daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, inspect, test, and program instrumentation
Execute scheduled predictive and preventative maintenance activities
Install, test, and commission instrumentation equipment




Maintain accurate records using Cenovus business applications
Mentor employees and oversee contingent workforce activities

Requirements:
Legally authorized to work in Canada
Interprovincial Red Seal or recognized Instrumentation Journeyperson certification
Minimum five years troubleshooting instrumentation in production facilities
Class 5 driver's license and satisfactory driving record
Successful pre-employment medical and alcohol or drug assessments Bring instrumentation troubleshooting, calibration, and maintenance experience to Cenovus’s Rainbow Lake operations while supporting protected, reliable equipment performance.
