As Principal Engineer and Technical Lead, you will own Canadian technical delivery across projects and programmes. Your scope spans systems engineering, mechanical, avionics, software, guidance, navigation and control, assembly, integration, and test. You will shape the engineering organisation while working with the CTO, founders, and wider engineering leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Own delivery from concept through integration, test, and flight
Set engineering direction and make major technical decisions
Lead systems, mechanical, avionics, GNC, AIT, and test disciplines
Drive architecture, requirements, interfaces, and verification

Requirements:
Principal, Chief, or senior technical leadership experience
Complex aerospace, launch vehicle, missile, or demanding systems experience
