Job Summary

The Cleaning Team Leader coordinates daily cleaning and supports team members, and helps maintain welcoming, orderly spaces. This hands-on role combines residential cleaning with explicit communication and practical organization to deliver consistent service.

Responsibilities
Organize daily assignments, set priorities, and manage time to complete cleaning tasks efficiently.
Perform and oversee residential cleaning, and related housekeeping duties; check work for consistency and address issues promptly.
Guide team members, communicate expectations clearly, and coordinate tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Respond courteously to customer requests and support hospitality needs, including cooking when appropriate to the service.
Your impact: A well-coordinated team helps customers enjoy clean, comfortable spaces.




Help train team members and promote positive environment.

Qualifications
Previous qualified cleaning experience is required.
Previous team lead or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
Valid drivers license with reliable vehicle is required.
Clean Criminal Record Check.
Dependable, organized, and able to work in both a team setting or independently.
Physically able to preform duties.
Able to provide reference.

Pay: $18.50-$23.00 per hour
