Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with retailers and growers in your assigned territory.




Provide agronomic support and product recommendations based on customer’s needs.
Identify and pursue current business opportunities within the territory.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Conduct on-farm visits for product demonstrations and follow-ups
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Skills
Proven agriculture sales experience is a must.
Agronomy degree, diploma or demonstrated agronomy/farm experience.
Familiarity with agricultural and farming practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
