As Total Rewards Lead, you will manage pension and savings plan activities, benefits administration, compensation processes, and Canadian reporting. Your work includes contribution calculations, vendor coordination, payroll adjustments, and employee responses. You will also support compliance with pension advantages and pay equity legislation.
